I'm Marcos Barrios. Creative Brand Consultant.
I help brands and agencies that need strategic thinking and creativity. Without the middlemen or the costs of a large organization. With all the advantages of working small.

01
Research
Before proposing anything, I seek to understand: the brand, its context, its competitors, what has already been tried and what has not worked. Workshops, interviews and perception analysis. Without this stage, everything that follows is just intuition disguised as judgment.
02
Strategy
What the brand says, how it says it and why anyone should care. I define its positioning, territory, personality and narrative: the foundation on which everything else is built.
03
Identity
Naming, verbal identity and visual systems. I turn strategy into something people can see, read and recognise. An identity designed to stand out, not fit in.
04
Communication
A well-built brand is no use if it never makes its way into the world. Launch campaigns, content and activations. I work on the message and on how it is told.
I think about your business before I think about the deliverable.
With me, you speak to the same person on the first day, the last day and every day in between. The person who listens to you at the beginning is the one who supports you throughout the process and signs off on the final delivery. What we agree is what gets delivered, without being diluted along the way.
I can support you throughout the entire process or step in only where you need me. And if the project requires more hands, I build a team around it. Your brand gets exactly what it needs, without paying for what it does not.
I think by hand. I work with everything else.
Ideas come from understanding the problem properly. From a conversation, a well-crafted brief or a reference nobody expected to find in a 1970s film. After that, I use whatever the project calls for: an analogue camera, a film crew or generative AI. The tool is the least important part. What never changes is the judgement behind it.
